Field-level encryption
Resident health numbers are individually encrypted with AES-256, so a stolen database or backup yields only ciphertext.
Masked by default
Health numbers render masked everywhere. Revealing one takes an explicit, permission-gated click — and it's logged.
Append-only audit trail
Sign-ins, exports, record reveals, and permission changes land in a security log that can never be edited or deleted.
Role-based access

What is GOSWFT?
GOSWFT is an all-in-one operating system for seniors care facilities. Resident records, care logging, cleaning and shower schedules, staff scheduling, a kiosk time clock, payroll, finance, and the ASKSWFT AI assistant all run in one system, behind one login.
Who is it built for?
Personal care homes and assisted-living facilities. Managers run the facility from the dashboard, staff work their shift from the Employee Portal, and a wall-mounted kiosk handles clock-ins on the floor.
Do we need to install anything?
No. GOSWFT runs entirely in the browser — including the kiosk time clock, which is simply a locked-down page on any wall-mounted tablet or computer. Sign up and your facility is live the same day.
How does my team get access?
Invite them from the Team page. Each person signs in with their own account, and granular role permissions decide exactly which modules they can see and which actions they can take.
Is resident data secure?
Yes. Health numbers are encrypted at the field level and masked by default, every sensitive action is written to an append-only audit log, access is scoped by role, and accounts can add two-factor authentication.
