Each plan includes different levels of access to features, SMS message allotments, and AI message limits. Full plan details are available on our pricing page. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' advance notice to active subscribers.
New users may be eligible for a 14-day free trial. During the trial period, you will have access to the Service without charge. At the end of the trial, your account will require an active paid subscription to continue accessing the Service. If you do not subscribe, your account will be deactivated, but your data will be retained for a reasonable period in case you choose to subscribe later.
All payments are processed securely through Stripe. By subscribing to a paid plan, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis. You are responsible for keeping your payment information current. If a payment fails, we may suspend access to the Service until the payment issue is resolved.
Subscription fees are generally non-refundable. However, if you believe you are entitled to a refund due to a billing error or service issue, please contact us at ethan@goswft.com and we will review your request on a case-by-case basis.

"SWFT" and the SWFT logo are trademarks of SWFT. You may not use these marks without our prior written permission.
You retain full ownership of all data, content, and information that you submit, upload, or create through the Service ("Your Data"). By using the Service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to use, process, and store Your Data solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Service.
You are solely responsible for the accuracy, legality, and appropriateness of Your Data. You represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights and permissions to submit Your Data to the Service.
The Service integrates with third-party services including Stripe, Twilio, Google (Gmail, Calendar, Firebase, Analytics), Anthropic, Square, and QuickBooks. Your use of these integrations is subject to the respective third-party terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or practices of any third-party services.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL SWFT, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, OR LICENSORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM:

YOU EXPRESSLY AGREE THAT YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK. AI-GENERATED CONTENT PROVIDED THROUGH THE SERVICE IS FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY AND SHOULD NOT BE RELIED UPON AS LEGAL, FINANCIAL, OR PROFESSIONAL ADVICE.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless SWFT and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from:

In the event of any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute through good-faith informal negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days, either party may pursue formal legal remedies as provided herein.
